Work In Progress...


Fincon - Finish setting footings on east exterior wall, pour remaining east wall footing, strip forms, tie rebar, form up south wall footing, clean up. 
Ted Hone X - Excavate for plumbers, start backfill on tested lines, compact, haul fill in.
Pro Plumbing - Install main drain line from grid B to grid E north to south, test plembing from grid 11.5 west to grid 1 "Passed".


Weather - Rain, Wind, High 80s

Fincon - Pour north footing and 75' of east footing, strip ramp walls, strip footings, set up remaining east line, tie rebar, clean up

Pro Plumbing - Ran a air test on installed lines, No city inspector working today.

Fincon - Formed and poured south ramp wall, formed north footing, tied rebar, set columns, shoot grade, layout, clean up..
Ted Hone X - Excavate for plumbers, work on south side footings, floor sub grade.
Pro Plumbing - Lay drain line, get lines ready to test, grout box's.

Ted HoneX - Excavate for plumbers, screen material.
Pro Plumbing - set drain lines up to grid 9.

Work In Progress...

Fincon - Finish all spot footings on interior floor, tie rebar, epoxy, layout footings, shoot grades, first day running trucks on new road east side, passed city inspection on interior footings, clean up..

Ted Hone X - Finish interior spot footings, compact, work on outer footings, install fire riser, excavate for pro plumbing.

Pro Plumbing - work on drain lines, started 8 inch drain line heading east. 

Weather - Sunny mid 90s  "HOT"

Ted Hone X - Screen material, excavate for the plumbers.

Pro Plumbing - Set concrete drain box's, run drain line's from west side towards the east.

Work In Progress...

Ted Hone X - Screen material for plumbing trenches and pipe trenches also for backfill and concrete base,  passed compaction tests for spot footings on east side, only one spot footing remains. Clean up
