Work In Progress...


Fincon - Sweep parking lot, loading ramps & sidewalks, Cut bollards to size, layout for racking, form up house keeping pad for electrician.
Ted Hone X - Rough out for pump house, start grading for more retaining blocks.
G.E.C. Electric - Pulled in main power and moved electrical panels.
Nutek - Finish taping in office area and cleaning up.
Gunthers - Work on duct work in shipping office.
Utah Door - Install freezer man doors.
Garage Doors Only - Installed overhead in maintenance shop.
Orion Paint - Work on cleaning ceiling for paint.

Ted Hone/Geneva- Continued paving, slowed down because of paver breakdown
Nutek- continued plastering and sanding
Garner- prepared existing building for monday shutdown, hung light fixtures
Orion-washed deck of S/P room

Work in Progress-

Fincon-began installing backer rod in floor slab joints
Hone/Sunroc- began laying asphalt, remove asphalt and place road base in patching area
Garner- prepared for monday shut down, 3-4 employees on site
Orion- began painting ceiling in S/P room, determined that deck must be washed before painting
Nutek- Installed sheetrock in upper mechanical room, continued mud & tape
MSS- worked on basin install
GDO- installed last exterior overhead door on west side
Kimco- installed sprinkler heads, piping

Work in progress-

-All trades pulled off of south offices until 2nd level addition is designed.
-Electrician feels buried but still runs small crew size, conflict with framers over work space-framers left for the day after finishing the riser room framing

Fincon- welded bollards, clean up, install door hardware
Hone-Prepped for asphalt, set basins for MSS
Garner- Rough-in and install ceiling lights, run MCM cable in gutter
Nutek- South office sheeting, frame fire riser room, mud & tape drywall
MSS- set wastewater basins
MWS-fire alarm install

Fincon- Installed blocking for stairs, installed door hardware, clean up
Ted Hone- Slipped curb & gutter (Mike Childs), excavated for MSS basins, prepped for asphalt Garner-Continued rough-in in offices, rough-in in S/P room
Nutek-hung sheetrock in center offices, mud & taped west end
Clegg Steel- Installed stairs
Mountainwest Security- Continued fire alarm install
Gunthers- Installed fans on north existing wall
ASC- Continued work on roof, gutter install

Ted Hone- Continued work on grading for asphalt
MountainWest Security- Began fire alarm installation
ASC- worked on finishing roof edges, installed rain gutter, downspouts on north side
Garner- continued rough-in. Only two employees on site all day
Gunthers- finished S/P room, moved material into south room
Nutek- installed corner bead, began joint tape installation

Ted Hone Exc.- work on asphalt subgrade, prep for additional curb & gutter
Warburtons- wrap interior overhead doors, Install exterior trim at panel bottoms
Garner-Took delivery of lights
Orion- painted exterior doors and pipe bollards Nutek-osb sheeting and drywall, S/P room and west side of building completed

Fincon- prep for west concrete pour, layout curb & gutter in north parking lot, core drill south foundation wall, frame around exposed columns

Ted Hone- worked on asphalt subgrade

Warburtons-exterior trim

Nutek- hang sheeting, drywall in sorting/packaging room

Gunthers- HVAC rough-in in sorting/packaging room

Orion- painted exterior doors

HOJ- installed dock seals and bumpers

Clegg Steel- delivered stairs

Fincon - Start grading for concrete on west side, install bollards, clean up.
Ted Hone X - Work on getting ready for asphalt.
G.E.C. Electric - rough in office areas, work on paneles and gutters.
Nutek - Hang sheetrock and osb in production area and office.
Advance Roofing - flash around roof penetrations and fix holes on north building. 
Premier Insulating - Insulate center office area. production and lab.
HOJ Dock - Adjust dock levelers and install truck bumpers.
Warburttons - Trim around dock doors and openings.

Fincon - Finish patch on roof north building, Finish plastering on south wall, strip concrete forms, work on door hardware, clean up.
Ted Hone X - Work on subgrade. Get ready for asphalt.
G.E.C Electric - Work on office rough in and main power gutter.
Warburttons - Trim around west side doors and vents.
Nutek - Install plywood & sheetrock.
advanced roofing - Repair hole in north building roof that was patched.

Fincon - Pour & finish concrete, core drill for bollards, demo curbing on north buildings roof, plaster foundation on south side, clean up. 
Ted Hone X - Work on retaining blocks, cut subgrade around west dock.
Gunthers - Finish duct work on south office area, install curb on roof, run line set for maintenance office. 
G.E.C. Electric - Run conduit, setup panels, install electrical gutter.
Nutek - Work on plywood sheeting in packaging room, Start shetrock on west end.
Warburttons - Finish Cap on top of panels, start trimming around openings.
